Pastor Jim Pollard
Jim felt the call of God to be in ministry at a young age, while still in grade school. After his marriage to Pat, Jim began his ministerial studies through correspondence through what is now Global University and was credentialed with the Assemblies of God in 1975 and Ordained in 1981. Jim and Pat have been members of the Assemblies of God Church all their lives.

Pat was raised as a child in an Assemblies of God minister’s home, and has participated in all areas of ministry. After her marriage to Jim she was an invaluable source of help to the pastoral ministry. Pat has served on several mission’s trips to varies areas of the world, been involved in church ministries and District ministries where she has lived. In 2018 Pat was recognized by the Southern Idaho Ministry Network and received her Assemblies of God credentials.

In 2004, I finally answered that small voice that had been speaking to my heart for two years and left my career to serve the church. All my fears about this “risky” move were soon calmed, and I understood my administrative skills could be used of God. It is my commitment to always be available to serve my God, my church and my pastor. “The pay will not build a huge bank account, but the fringe benefits are out of this world”. Nothing is more important than reaching the lost and helping those whose lives are dominated by pain and unhappiness.

Rob & Jamie Lee
Rob and Jamie Lee have been involved in ministry at Magic Valley Worship Center since 2007 and were married in 2008. They have two young sons who also keep them busy. Jamie serves in the youth ministry and attended Trinity Bible College. Rob serves as the Praise and Worship Lead and plays numerous instruments. Rob has also mentored several members of the worship team to learn instruments as well. “We love Magic Valley Worship Center; a church that loves and cares for each person. It feels like home. It is important for us not only as staff, but as parents, to be part of a church that aligns with the Word of God and doctrines of the Assemblies of God.”

Tim & Cheryl Pawlak
We grew up in So. CA. We met in high school and married in June 1974, a year after we graduated. In 1979 we moved to Lakeside, AZ where we lived for 30 years. We were blessed with a daughter and son. Our children and their spouses are serving the Lord. We have 5 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. We moved to Twin Falls in 2009. We are excited to be part of the Magic Valley Worship Center family. Tim leads the adult Bible study on Wednesday evenings. We coordinate the teachers for the Kids Church and teach once a month. We are thankful to know that Jesus is the anchor of our lives and our salvation.
